The ambiance at Paignton Court was delightful, with stylish and clean decor throughout. The ramped entrance made access easy for seniors like me, and the welcoming lounge area became a lovely space for evening chats with fellow guests.
A lift would be beneficial for upper floors.

Comfortable beds and tastefully decorated rooms created a pleasant ambiance for relaxation. Breakfast options were diverse and satisfying. The lounge area provided a cozy spot to unwind after a day of exploration.
The shower's temperature control was a bit tricky due to the lack of a mixer tap, which took some getting used to, though it wasn't a deal-breaker. the absence of a lift meant navigating stairs could be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage. Room sizes were compact, which might challenge bigger groups or those with a lot of gear. On top of that, some noise carried in from surrounding areas, especially during the early morning and late evening.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming, ensuring a delightful experience with their attentive service and engaging conversations. The room was immaculate, spacious, and equipped with ample tea and coffee supplies, which made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a superb variety of traditional regional homemade products, keeping me energized throughout the day. parking can be a bit limited during busy times, and the compact en-suite might not suit everyone. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience was outstanding.

Oh mate, the buttermilk biscuits at Paignton Court are pure magic! Plus, the breakfast spread had me going back for seconds—proper lush! The lounge area was a cozy spot to unwind after a day of exploring, and the owners are just amazing at making everyone feel right at home.
Had a cheeky battle getting the shower temp just right—it's not a mixer tap, but once I cracked it, all was well. Just a tiny hiccup in an otherwise fab stay.

Excellent breakfast and welcoming vibe
I recently stayed here for two nights in a Standard Double Room and was thoroughly impressed by the cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a fantastic variety including the full English, which was delicious! The owners and staff were friendly and made everyone feel at home, creating a lovely community vibe. My only small issue was the shower temperature, which took a bit of adjusting. otherwise, everything was perfect!
